Terms of Service
Last Updated: August 2026
Welcome to Asoula. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, coaching programs, international retreats, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Site or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or booking a coaching container or retreat with us, you confirm that you accept these Terms and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.
2. Nature of Services & Disclaimer
Asoula provides wellness, personal development, 1:1 coaching, and retreat experiences. Our services do not constitute medical advice, psychotherapy, psychological counseling, or crisis intervention.
The guidance provided through our coaching containers, discovery calls, and digital products is designed to support personal growth and self-awareness. If you are experiencing mental health distress, emotional trauma, or a medical crisis, please consult a qualified healthcare professional or licensed therapist immediately.
3. Coaching Containers & Bookings
When you book a 1:1 coaching container (such as Single, Starter, Depth, or Transformation packages) or register for a retreat:
- Clarity Calls: All paid packages begin with a discovery call to ensure alignment and fit between client and coach.
- Scheduling & Attendance: Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time. Rescheduling policies require at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Payment Terms: Payments can be made in full or via structured payment plans (such as monthly installments) where offered. Failure to maintain active installment payments may result in the suspension of coaching sessions.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the intensive, personalized nature of our coaching containers, mindset work, and retreat logistics:
- Coaching Packages: Once a coaching container or single session has commenced, fees are generally non-refundable. Refund requests for unrendered services evaluated prior to the start of a package are handled on a case-by-case basis.
- Retreats & Events: Retreat deposits and installment schedules have specific cancellation timelines detailed at the point of purchase, typically involving non-refundable deposits to secure third-party venue and accommodation logistics.
5. Intellectual Property
All content included on this Site—such as text, graphics, logos, audio clips, video files, course materials, and the “Asoula Method” framework—is the property of Asoula or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services or materials without express written permission from us.
6. User Accounts & E-Commerce
If you make purchases through our WooCommerce store or interact with our checkout workflows:
- You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
- You agree to promptly update your account and payment details, including email address and billing information, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Asoula, its founder, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of our Services or products.
8. Governing Law & Contact Us
