 Prices are release-based and reflect seasonal accommodation costs and availability. Early booking secures the lowest rate.

All core retreat experiences are included,  no additional costs to take part. 

Accommodation & Logistics

• 7 nights private accommodation in Phuket (villa stay)

• 7 nights private accommodation in Chiang Mai (hotel stay)

• Private room as standard (no sharing intentionally)

• Daily breakfast  (Lunch and Dinners not included unless doing an included activity ) 

• Ground transport for scheduled group activities

• Taxi transport to and from included excursions

• Coordinated group travel between locations

For guests seeking deeper personal clarity and ongoing support, an optional coaching container may be added.

This can include:

• 4 private 1:1 coaching session during the retreat

• A post-retreat integration call

• Personalised clarity and direction planning for the months ahead

Coaching is optional and offered separately.

WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED

• International flights

• Domestic flights

• Taxis or Transport around the island 

• Travel insurance (required)

• Meals not listed as group experiences

• Optional excursions not included in the programme

• Personal spending

Full flight guidance, arrival windows, and coordination support are provided after booking.

PAYMENT & RESERVATION

• £250 deposit secures your place

(£200 retreat deposit + £50 booking fee)

Bank Transfers are not covered in the event of using travel insurance for any circumstances  

• Deposits are completely non-refundable

• Final balance due 31 August 2026

Deposits are committed directly to accommodation overseas, transport and local vendors to secure your place and protect the experience for all guests.

A payment instalment arrangement can be made.  

Failure to complete payment by the final due date results in loss of place and funds paid
